Order Cancellation Policy

Before Order is Processed

If you cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped, you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of your cancellation request.

After Order is Processed or Shipped

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may still initiate a return in accordance with our return policy (see below).

Return & Refund Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following terms:

Eligible for Return & Refund:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition
  • You must include proof of purchase and the reason for return
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect)

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Not Eligible for Return or Refund:

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
  • Perishable or personalized items
  • Digital or downloadable products
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

Compensation Guarantee: “We Credit You” Promise

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will offer:

  • A replacement at no cost, OR
  • A store credit or full refund, based on your preference.

To be eligible, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos and a description of the issue.
